      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the licensing process for event wagering and fantasy sports operators, ensuring compliance with Arizona gaming laws
      - Conduct internal licensing audits and ensure adherence to licensing standards
      - Review and evaluate applications, background checks, and financial records of gaming operators and vendors
      - Supervise and mentor a team of licensing specialists responsible for application processing and compliance checks
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for event wagering and fantasy sports licensing matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of background investigative experience in the Indian Gaming Industry or regulatory supervisory experience
      - Knowledge of Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact and applicable federal laws related to gaming operations
      - Exceptional investigative and analytical skills to assess licensing applications and compliance issues
      - Ability to handle detailed work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines
      - Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to the assignment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Public presentation experience
      - Experience in case management with strong leadership skills, including investigative and interview skills
      - Familiarity with Arizona Revised Statutes governing gaming regulations and criminal codes
