What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive shared understanding and decision-making
- Conduct UX research through all phases of the product lifecycle, utilizing various methodologies
- Contribute to the full research lifecycle, including planning, conducting studies, and presenting insights
- Communicate findings through artifacts such as personas, journeys, and task analyses
- Support design by conducting concept and usability testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields
- Expected to graduate in December 2026 or later
- Availability to work full-time for 12 weeks during the summer
- Portfolio of work required at the time of interview
- Experience in applying customer-centered research and mixed design methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of planning, developing, and conducting User Research and Testing
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role representing the employer's brand
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
