What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule Compensation and Pension ("C&P") medical exams for Veterans and Service Members
- Maintain communication and build rapport with providers to capture exam availability
- Speak with veterans to confirm early notice appointments
- Assist veterans and/or providers with any questions
- Share provider information with relevant departments to find solutions for difficult geographic areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Intermediate knowledge of medical terminology
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced analytical and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
