      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engineer specializing in Exchange infrastructure, administration and design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Exchange Server management, administration, migration, and architecture, as well as expertise in Exchange Online administration and migration. This role requires a deep understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based email systems, and the ability to implement and manage complex Exchange environments. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical, non-technical and leadership contacts at customers. This individual must speak English and Spanish.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Serve as a consultant setting an example of excellence through credibility, preparation, and first-class delivery.
      • Act as a trusted advisor for Exchange and Security solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption.
      • Troubleshoot complex technical problems, identify workarounds, and manage escalations as needed.
      • Communicate effectively at all levels—from CIOs to technical staff—building strategic, ongoing customer relationships.
      • Deliver presentations, training, and technical documentation to customers and internal teams.
      • Collaborate with peers and customer account teams to drive success and transformation.

      General Requirements:

      • 5+ years experience with customer facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base, advanced troubleshooting and SharePoint customization and development.
      • BA/BS (or higher) in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and solutions to customers.
      • Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on premises, hybrid, and online Exchange environment and solutions.
      • Proven track record maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
      • Proven track record managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
      • Advanced experience managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
      • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
      • Experience planning and executing migrations from legacy email systems to Exchange Server.
      • Knowledge and experience developing migration strategies and timelines to minimize downtime and disruption.
      • Experience performing data migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.
      • Knowledge and experience planning and executing migrations from on-premises Exchange Server to Exchange Online.
      • Experience providing post-migration support and troubleshooting.
      • Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
      • Experience with email retention and compliance solutions.
      • Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.
      • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

      Preferred Skills/Certifications:

      • Relevant certifications in Exchange, Microsoft technologies, or related areas are a plus.
      • Advanced knowledge of the use of Graph API
      • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
      • Well architected framework (and implementation of concepts)
      • Cloud adoption framework (and implementation of concepts)
