- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, from pre-arrival planning to post-departure follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Guest Experience and Concierge teams, ensuring service excellence and team growth. Create a strong, motivated team through ongoing training, performance feedback, and empowerment.
- Respond to a variety of guest requests with creativity and attention to detail, tailoring recommendations to exceed expectations while aligning with Four Seasons' standards.
- Anticipate guests' preferences and needs proactively, ensuring that each experience feels uniquely curated.
- Stay ahead of trends, identifying new opportunities to introduce unique and exciting experiences for our guests.
- Proven experience 5* luxury hotel brand or working with luxury brands, providing VIP concierge services.
- Strong attention to detail, a flair for creativity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a track record of managing and inspiring teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to leadership.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
