The Exec Director of Rehab Services is responsible for the administrative management and coordination of the Rehab Services lines to include clinical operating and financial outcomes for the programs which encompasses Neuro Care Unit Acute Rehab Services at all Hospitals Rehabilitation Hospital Outpatient Rehab program Neuropsychology and the Wound Care Center. The Exec Dir Rehab Services is accountable for the integration of the WakeMed mission vision and values into the performance of all areas of responsibility. Works in collaboration with customers external stakeholders administration medical staff peers and subordinates to fulfill job responsibilities meet performance standards and achieve departmental goals and objectives. Position provides strategy leadership oversight and accountability for Rehabilitation accreditation processes as well as ongoing adherence to accreditation standards.
