What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Market Area Executives
- Manage Executives' email, correspondence, and calendars
- Coordinate large Agency meetings and business travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of communications and presentations
- Serve as a key point of contact between Executives and internal/external associates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a support role working with Executives
- Exceptional relationship building and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel, OneNote, and Outlook
- Understanding of the State Farm Agency model and market area operations acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with decision making and judgment in an executive support role
- Experience in technical functional expertise related to the insurance and financial services industry
