What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and COO to proactively address issues and streamline operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a highly regulated or healthcare-related industry
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaborative tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
