      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Structure, organize, and expedite the activities and workflow of the executive’s office
      - Screen correspondence and phone calls from high-ranking officials, prioritizing and responding as appropriate
      - Prepare and present reports on special projects, ensuring the executive has necessary information for presentations
      - Make travel arrangements and coordinate details for meetings, conferences, and special events
      - Assist in compiling and developing the organization’s annual budget and process expense reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of general administrative experience
      - Minimum of 2 years coordinating and scheduling multiple events simultaneously
      - At least 2 years of experience managing calendars for individuals at the executive level
      - Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
      - Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
      - At least 4 years of general administrative experience
      - At least 5 years of experience managing calendars for individuals at the executive level
      - Experience using Outlook or Lotus Notes for email and calendar management

  • About the company

      Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
