    • Description: Individual in this position provides executive level administrative support to the Superintendent and OAISD Board of Education. Primary duties include screening incoming calls and correspondence and responding independently when possible; preparing and distributing Board Packets and related materials; coordinating and scheduling meetings; preparing materials related to meetings and events; and coordinating/maintaining the Superintendent Office schedule and itineraries.

      Qualifications: Position requires Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school. Preferred candidate will have at least four years of related executive- or administrative- level support experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Position requires working knowledge of office-related computer applications. Qualified candidate will exhibit a high degree of diplomacy, and be able to maintain confidentiality of information and records. Position requires high level communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well with others.

      Schedule: Full time/Full Year

      Compensation: Grade level 15

      Benefits: Benefits available including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage with option to take cash in lieu of insurance.
