- Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and execute meetings, events, and special projects with precision and professionalism.
- Travel & Logistics Management: Coordinate all business travel, expense, and budget management from end to end.
- Project Support: Adapt to varying project needs, from developing agendas to managing large-scale event logistics.
- Communication: Serve as the administrative point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; clearly communicate plans and updates.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Process Implementation: Assist in rolling out new administrative processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments across the organization to ensure seamless execution of executive initiatives.
- 5+ years of Professional level experience in administrative support, executive support, and/or event management
- College degree preferred
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong ability and willingness to work in a dedicated and expanded team environment
- Creative and entrepreneurial attitude and approach towards event planning
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent presentation skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High-level organizing, planning, oral and written communications skills

Job Summary
OneAmerica Financial is seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and results oriented Executive Administrative Assistant responsible for providing direct comprehensive administrative support to the President, Individual Life & Financial Services. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage complex logistics, juggle multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing many hats —often at the same time.

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
