      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive executive support to the Vice President of Marketing, managing their schedule and calendar
      - Coordinate travel and expense logistics, as well as execute global calls and employee events
      - Review and prioritize activities, aligning business priorities and delegating tasks as necessary
      - Gather, verify, and analyze information for various documents and presentations
      - Manage event projects, including materials, catering, travel, and coordination of onsite resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
      - At least 5 years of experience in executive support, office administration, or a similar role
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
      - Familiarity with SAP Concur and/or BCD Travel
      - Experience supporting senior leadership across multiple time zones
      - Experience with calendar management for domestic and international travel
      - Skills in proofreading, editing, or preparing executive-level documents
