Adecco is assisting the Commonwealth of Kentucky with an Executive Administrative Assistant in Richmond, KY. This is a long-term opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant you will assist the office staff/managers by providing clerical and research support, create and maintain paper and electronic filing systems, along with administrative duties. The ideal candidate can multitask and has excellent time management skills. This is not a remote position.
Must Haves:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Outlook / Teams / Excel Spreadsheets
· Proficiency with Zoom and other common virtual platforms
· Professional writing/drafting experience
· Good Organizational Skills
· Valid Ky driver's license
· Pass DOCJT background investigation
· No litigation against the Commonwealth of Kentucky
· No professional conflicts
Preferred:
· Experience working for attorneys
· Familiarity with Civil Litigation
· Good legal drafting skills, including routine correspondence and basic legal pleadings
· Familiarity with maintaining legal files
· Familiarity with Westlaw
· Prior experience with Commonwealth of Kentucky administrative / personnel issues
· KRS 13b administrative hearing familiarity
· Employment law experience

Pay Details: $20.00 PER HOUR
