      Amazon Devices is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the VP of Devices-Demand Planning.

      The most successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with good judgment, an eye for accuracy, professional integrity, and an exceptional ability to attend to details and get things done. The candidate will demonstrate a proven track record for taking initiative and working independently to deliver results that exceed expectations. This fast-paced team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead.

      The most successful candidate will be a strong communicator, both verbally and written, possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. You will work closely with other Executive Assistants within the organization, being a team player is a must.

      Key Responsibilities
      · Work in partnership with senior leaders, functional business partners, and other EAs to provide seamless support to the organization.
      · Proactively manage executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail and allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to reprioritize as appropriate.
      · Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
      · Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
      · Organize, execute, and assist with team activities ( all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
      · Act as a liaison for direct reports
      · Complete expense reports, and manage corporate card purchases
      · Management of team space, including moves and re-configurations
      · Manage domestic and international travel as needed
      · Have fun at work and help others do the same!
      - 8+ years of senior level leadership support experience
      - High school or equivalent diploma
      - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
      - Experience with C-level executive calendar management
      - Experience as an Executive Assistant- Experience managing teams
      - Experience working in a matrixed organization

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
