      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendars, travel, expenses, and procurement for 4 executives at national headquarters
      - Plan and deliver events and meetings for leadership, large conferences, and high-level donors
      - Monitor and track completion of time-sensitive executive tasks
      - Prepare internal communication content for executive presentations, including writing and editing
      - Perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, operations, communications, or related fields
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
      - At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting a Vice President or similar level
      - Proficiency in event and meeting planning
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
