      Unique opportunity to join a fast-growing investment firm with over $1 billion of assets under management. The firm was founded in 2019, invests primarily in public equities, and is backed by leading university endowments, charitable institutions, and family offices. The firm employs a lean team with seven employees, four of which are on the investment team. The culture is high-performance, audacious, and focused on continuous improvement.

      The firm is looking for an executive assistant to support the partners and a growing investment team. Candidates should be resourceful, organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will be team players with a positive attitude who enjoy a challenge and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

      The role will involve managing dynamic scheduling (including travel), balancing competing priorities, and owning day-to-day office administrative responsibilities. Candidates should have a desire to grow with the role.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Manage the executives’ complex calendars by seamlessly scheduling meetings and appointments
      • Coordinate and book heavy domestic and international travel including multi leg journeys
      • Coordinate in office meetings, prep conference rooms, greet visitors
      • Organize team events (team lunches, birthday’s, holiday parties)
      • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
      • Manage vendors and office needs including building security, supply inventory, parking passes, etc
      • Assist in the planning of special events, and expense management
      • Work with outsourced IT Service provider to help resolve issues
      • Assist with ad-hoc projects

      Experience / Qualifications

      • 1-5 years in a professional setting
      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • High level of integrity, professionalism and ethical standards
      • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
      • High energy, proactive and motivated with a positive attitude
      • Dependable with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment
      • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
