Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides executive level administrative support primarily to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.Pay Range
Minimum $35.82 Midpoint $47.46 Maximum $59.10Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
• Required: Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Preferred: Seven (7) or more years of Administrative experience supporting a Senior Executive at C-suite level. Prior experience supporting multiple executives and/or a department. Prior experience in a Legal office environment and prior healthcare experience.
Education
• Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field.
Training
• Required: None required.
Specialized Skills
• Required: Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Ability to type at least 60 WPM. Ability to operate standard office equipment e.g., phones, voicemail, computer, email, photocopiers and facsimile machines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to edit and compose grammatically correct correspondence. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, well organized, detail oriented and able to appropriately prioritize. Sound analytical and problem solving/critical thinking skills. Strong database skills.
• Preferred: Experience working with a contract database.
