- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating with teams to facilitate key meetings
- Arranging travel and managing expense reports (experience with Concur preferred)
- Handling departmental administrative work and collaborating across divisions
- Organizing event logistics for meetings and team events
- Preparing and editing executive presentations
- Supporting additional employees' administrative needs as required, including records maintenance, data compilation, and budget-related tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 9+ years supporting C-suite executives in senior administrative roles
- Ability to manage multiple issues and support various employees
- Proactive with strong task completion skills

Job Description:
We seek an Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President – OpsRamp and Cloud Platform within the Hybrid Cloud organization. Join a team at the forefront of redefining cloud computing, building a large-scale, enterprise-ready platform for a hybrid edge-to-cloud environment.
This position involves providing tactical and strategic administrative support to executive leaders, including calendar management, records handling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative duties.
