Provide administrative support for the General Counsel, and others in the legal department, including managing calendars; preparing expense reports; creating and editing documents, reports and presentations; schedule and assisting in preparation for meetings, and coordinating travel.
Process legal invoices for the department, including tracking invoices, obtaining internal approvals, and submitting invoices for payment via myWorkday.
Assist with the preparation of the legal department budget.
Coordinate and compile initial drafts of departmental reports, including monthly reports and semiannual reports to company leadership.
Coordinate business lunches department events, and department meetings.
Track and maintain professional memberships for the attorneys in the department, including bar memberships, professional associations and continuing legal education requirements.
Monitor shared inboxes for the department and direct inquiries to appropriate contacts within the department.
Draft and distribute department communications and schedules.
Provide ad hoc support to other teams including the Enterprise Information Security Group, Compliance and Risk Management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Generally, 5+ years of experience in a professional, corporate environment.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Workday experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrates strong detail orientation and high level of accountability.

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel and Property & Casualty Legal Department. This role will work on a variety of projects and across the organization, including with other shared services and business teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. This position will work from our downtown Cincinnati headquarters four days a week with flexibility as needed.
