What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and legal team
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and project administration
- Coordinate and manage workspace and collaboration tools
- Assist with communication needs and document review/editing
- Coordinate meetings and prepare presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience providing executive/administrative support
- 3+ years of remote work experience
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience with productivity tools such as Notion preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Familiarity with communication platforms like Slack
- Experience with virtual meeting tools
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
