What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to department Faculty and Management, including Physician Assistants and ARNPs
- Apply organizational skills to perform a variety of Executive Assistant duties
- Prioritize tasks in a heavy work volume environment
- Handle difficult or critical situations with professionalism
- Report directly to the immediate manager for the specific practice or outpatient department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience in a healthcare or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in a healthcare setting beyond the required 3 years
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
