Amazon is seeking an experienced, self-motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director of Engineering, Prime Video Global App Experience and the Director of Engineering, Prime Video Web and Client API.

Key job responsibilities
This role requires a strong attention to detail, high judgment, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests from across our team. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. In addition to calendaring, travel, and expenses, you will assist with multiple projects including participation in or ownership of:
- Quarterly reporting
- Tracking and reporting on Team Goals
- Team Annual Talent Reviews
- Annual Operations Planning
- Projects to enhance communication and collaboration within the group and across geographies
- Projects to build and maintain mechanisms to continually improve efficiency in planning and reporting within the team- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
