- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Assists Vice President of Store Development and Vice President of Marketing, manages their calendars and prepares them for meetings
- Acts as a point of contact for the Director of Store Development and Vice President of Marketing, responds to associate and customer emails, voicemails, and letters
- Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements
- Serves as a key contact for the Director of Store Development and Vice President of Marketing, interacting with individuals from all organizational levels of Harmons in a professional and congenial manner
- Compile data, prepare analyses and reports, organize materials, and maintain confidential records, files and documents
- Manages all Harmons stores licensing including, but not limited to, business, DABC, etc.
- Monitors company-wide promotions as designated, oversees the sustainability for Harmons Stores, conduct store audits, completes sustainability training
- Coordinate meetings and prepares agendas and notes, assist with presentations and meeting materials
- Prepares spreadsheets, documents, presentations, etc. using a PC
- Communicates openly, effectively and frequently with the Vice President of Store Development and Vice President of Marketing
- Assists as needed to ensure the success of the company as a whole
- Consistent and daily interaction with Support Office and store associates
- Consistent and daily interaction with customers and vendors
- Positive, energetic, flexible and self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency and maintain focus
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, email and the internet
- Must possess solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills in order to effectively and efficiently communicate with diverse groups of people
- Must possess the ability to accept constructive review and be accountable for one’s own success
- Strong problem solving and follow up skills: must be proactive and take initiative

- Proactive in anticipating executive’s needs and able to make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the executive

$21.31 - $26.64 PER HOUR
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The primary purpose of this job is to coordinate and manage business and administrative operations in support of the Director of Store Development, Vice President of Marketing. This person will be managing calendars, preparing for meetings, preparing agendas and notes for meetings, technical support, and monitoring company-wide promotions including overseeing the sustainability programs. This person will need to collaborate and maintain effective working relationships within the different departments.

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred; 2 year college degree in business, finance, communication or related field preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
