The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Selling Partner Empowerment, Communities, and Trust under WW Selling Partner Services in Seattle, Washington.
Selling Partner Communities, Empowerment & Trust (SPECT) builds lasting connections with our selling partners, helps drive their success, and grows their trust, by: (1) Delivering targeted resources and investments to support their continued growth, particularly for small businesses and underserved populations, (2) Fostering an active and helpful community and information exchange, and proactively communicating across multi-directional channels for selling partners and Amazon, (3) Eliminating their fear of, and helping sellers avoid, enforcement through empathetic, consistent, and transparent experiences, (4) Understanding selling partners’ perceptions of, and being internal advocates to improve, their experience selling on Amazon, and (5) Amplifying SP success and ensuring external perception mirrors the reality that Amazon’s stores are a great place for our selling partners to build and maintain thriving businesses.
The Selling Partner Communities and Satisfaction (SPCS) organization builds lasting connections with and among our selling partners. We help drive their success, working together to ensure that Amazon’s stores are a great place for our selling partners to build and maintain thriving businesses. Our vision is to be the most Seller-centric online global community, creating destinations for knowledge, news, inspiration, and celebration. We are dedicated to helping selling partners develop their full potential and achieve success in our Amazon store.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
In-office requirements of at least 3x/week
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
