- Confident & comfortable with handling managerial & executive level communications related to resource allocations and deployment
- Executing to complete projects\ roll out reports as per assigned timelines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ensure that as an approach all defined allocation protocols & Resourcing protocols setup are followed
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to establish relationships with all levels of management and employees
- Strong organization skills and ability to design and follow systematic processes
- Excel & Power point knowledge is must
- Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes
- Ability to take decision in time sensitive ambiguous situations
- Assess team options and make decisions on staffing assignments
- Communicate appropriately
- Proactively understand the pipeline of work with engagement teams
- Work closely with the staffing leads to identify and monitor capacity
- Current and future staffing levels as they evolve over the project duration, and staffing constraints, if any
- Developmental goals and expertise areas
- Able to analyze data and draw insights
- Proficiency in creating reports through multiple sources of data
- MIS experience will be added advantage which shall include identifying and designing of reports basis requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in RMG role.
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
