Job Description
- Req#: 974520
- 5 years' experience as a technical business analyst in financial services data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define efficient solutions based on input from stakeholders and map technical needs to business outcomes
- Proficient in SQL to query and analyse data from various sources
- Knowledge in data modelling methodologies (e.g. data vault, dimensional) considered a plus
- Demonstrable experience providing the right level of technical specifications/ data requirements to a data engineering team
- Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering including working with business stakeholders and technical experts
- Experience in Financial transformation preferred.

What role will you play?
Working alongside a small team of Business Analysts, you will be collaborating closely with a cross functional team to build solutions, offering implementable, innovative, and intuitive solutions to complex scenarios. You will understand business needs and high-level business requirements and convert them to technical requirements, as well as identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
You will undertake current state analysis and present technical options and recommendations using plain non-technical language, producing scope, estimations, design deliverables, mapping documents and test plans to get to agreed target state.
