      Executive Chef - Bali

      • Leading high end restaurant and nightlife group based in Indonesia
      • Leading pre-openings of new F&B outlets from conception through construction, pre/post opening support.
      • Immediate project is for seafood restaurant opening
      • Work closely with the Director of ops and outlet managers to implement and oversee training to ensure company standards and values
      • Implement SOS, SOP and Control Measures to improve standards, efficiency and profitability of all outlets
      • Maintain high employee retention and reduce staff turnover by implementing development plans for employees
      • Total employees in group 300
      • Focus on new projects
      • 60 staff reporting
      • Reports to Director of Ops with line to Country President of group
      • Work week is 5/6 alternating days
      • 1 - 2 year contract




      Requirements

      • Executive Chef with 10 years experience in the role
      • High end restaurant experience
      • Seafood experience
      • Kitchen design
      • Kitchen management
      • Pre-opening experience mandatory
      • International expat experience


      Benefits

      • Salary 5000 USD - 6000 USD negotiable net per month month paid in Indonesian Rupiahs
