      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of HR Technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions to support the human resources functions of a large organization. This position leads and manages the development, operations, evolution and modernization of CVS Health’s Colleague technology solutions and strategies. This role will identify technology initiatives within a cross functional HR business teams focused on delivering technology solutions focused on end to end HR Colleague Experience, leads the technical Integration Services, and related engineering operations functions. Additionally, this role will manage key business stakeholder relationships in support of these functions to ensure alignment of technology investments with business outcomes.

      Responsibilities:

      • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of HR technology systems, tools, and processes to streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
      • Lead the selection and implementation of new HR technology platforms and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
      • Manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of departmental initiatives.
      • Collaborate with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive strategic HR initiatives and improve employee experience.
      • Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
      • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness and impact of HR technology initiatives.

      Required Qualifications

      • 15+ years of experience delivering HR or related technology development, operations and technology integration services
      • 5+ years of experience in HR technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in implementing and managing HR technology systems including but not limited to:

      Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing HR technology, HRIS, and systems implementation, ideally in a complex and dynamic organizational environment.

      Strong understanding of HR business processes, data management, and compliance requirements, with the ability to translate HR and business needs into technology solutions.

      Demonstrated experience in leading HR technology projects, system integrations, and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

      Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups of stakeholders across the organization.

      Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience and support HR initiatives.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Proficiency in HR analytics and data visualization tools
      • Experience with cloud-based HR technology solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $131,500.00 - $303,200.00


      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
