- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and positioning
- Advise leaders on executive communications, change messaging, and key announcements
- Deliver messaging that drives alignment and engagement
- Build communications that enhance employee experience and organizational clarity
- Lead messaging for transformation and growth initiatives
- Oversee brand messaging and corporate positioning
- Lead media relations, PR strategy, and crisis communications
- Monitor and protect organizational reputation
- Lead communications for acquisitions, expansions, and enterprise updates
- Ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Mentor and grow a high-performing communications team
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- 10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications
- Experience supporting senior leadership in complex organizations
- Expertise in internal communications, media relations, and crisis management
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong executive presence and strategic mindset
- Executive-level impact and visibility

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Executive Director of Corporate Communications to lead enterprise-wide communications and elevate how we engage employees, leaders, and external audiences.
In this highly visible role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership to shape internal communications, executive messaging, media relations, and brand strategy—ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all channels.
