      Walker Methodist River Heights seeks a dedicated, experienced Executive Director to clearly explain their experience in and commitment to:

      Minimum qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare administration, human services or business administration
      • Must be a Licensed Assisted Living Director or able to obtain within 3 months of hire
      • Five years leadership in healthcare delivery management in a senior care community environment
      • Experience in Independent / assisted living setting preferred
      • Demonstrate knowledge in the field of gerontology and related issues and apply that knowledge with appropriate sensitivity to Walker Methodist customers
      • Strong commitment to and understanding of how to build a strong employee culture focused on excellent care, new learning initiatives and diversity
      • Strong leadership in operations, sales and marketing, business development and the integration of community health services
      • Proven ability to cultivate professional, strategic and tactical relationships with internal and external customers
      • Working knowledge of state rules, regulations and compliance requirements
      • Ability to lead the team in Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
