What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic advisory to KP executives and program leadership
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business partners
- Direct efficient risk management and solution design
- Create, coach, and lead internal risk consulting team
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of business engagement service delivery methods and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in an authorized state: CA, CO, HI, OR, GA, WA, DMV
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge and experience in risk and compliance framework methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve difficult and complex risk and security issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in technology risk management or a similar role
- Knowledge of regulatory controls and security monitoring
