Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Education and Student Affairs, the Executive Director serves as the senior clinical leader for Student Mental Health and Wellbeing (SMHW) Services and acts as the physician of record for oversight of all medical and clinical aspects of operations. This role collaborates closely with UCSF Health to ensure a seamless, integrated student health experience across programs. The Executive Director provides strategic direction and oversight of clinical care and operations within SMHW. They develop, implement, and monitor medical management policies and procedures while leading quality assurance, performance improvement, and risk management programs. Additionally, they ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health services. They directly supervise a team of providers.
