      YOUR ROLE
      As Executive Project Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to the President/CEO and a critical connector across our Executive Leadership Team. This is a highly visible and facilitative role—supporting strategic execution, driving organizational efficiency, and managing special initiatives. You’ll help bring our vision to life by managing EOS Traction (our operating system), streamlining board and stakeholder communication, and ensuring the CEO and leadership team are informed, organized, and ready to lead.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

      Operational & Administrative Support

      • Support the CEO and executive team with scheduling, data gathering, meeting preparation, and day-to-day coordination
      • Maintain confidential files, draft internal and external communications, and manage travel logistics
      • Assist with internal reports, correspondence, and board meeting materials

      Traction Planning & Execution (EOS)

      • Coordinate leadership meetings, develop agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure organizational alignment
      • Manage progress on “Rocks” and other strategic priorities
      • Support an inclusive and accountable team culture

      Stakeholder & Board Engagement

      • Act as liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and community partners
      • Assist with meeting planning, documentation, and strategic communication

      Strategic Project Management

      • Lead or support high-impact projects and cross-functional initiatives
      • Monitor milestones, resolve challenges, and report progress

      Qualifications


      WHAT YOU OFFER

      Required:

      • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 5–10 years equivalent experience
      • 5+ years in executive support, project management, or operational leadership
      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

      Preferred:

      • Experience with EOS/Traction
      • Prior nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience
      • Project management or team leadership experience

      Additional Skills:

      • High level of discretion, adaptability, and initiative
      • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working with diverse teams
      • Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and collaboration abilities
