- Greet visitors, provide direction, and alert staff when someone arrives. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Answer a multiple line phone system with courtesy and speed. Route to the proper extensions or take messages and deliver accurately
- Receive and handle emails from the company’s general email inbox
- Effectively engage with executives, employees, agents, and contractors
- Assist Executive Assistant and Human Resources with event planning, business meetings, etc. including ordering food and beverages
- Manage supply orders
- Organize recognition items for employees and realtors
- Schedule calendar appointments for multiple conference rooms and ensure the calendars are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Agent Development with ongoing projects
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Utilize online design programs for various projects
- Maintain professional appearance of all office common areas
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Two years of administrative experience or the equivalent background working in a professional office environment
- Proficient with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A knowledge of real estate is desired, but not required.

Edina Realty Home Services is looking for a positive, professional, well-rounded individual to be our full-time Executive Receptionist. This position will serve as the first impression for our Corporate office and will perform a variety of administrative functions.
This is an in-office position at our corporate office in Edina, MN with scheduled hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
