      As a Sales Executive you will be responsible of acquiring and developing SME Prospects through phone, reaching your monthly targets and generating profitable growth.

      You will be part of a high-performance team, who ensures that acquisition performances meet targets, while caring for our brand

      How will you make an impact in this role?

      • Drive new sales, targeting Italian Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) companies;
      • Responsibility for the complete end-to-end process: sell and implement American Express payment solutions, primarily Business Cards;
      • Build and effectively manage your own sales pipeline, by identifying, analyzing and prioritizing opportunities that achieve and exceed profitable growth targets;
      • Responsible to attract more profitable clients & increase new business opportunities for new SME customers mainly on outbound calls/Self Generation;
      • Identifying key decision makers and presenting the benefits and services of our American Express payment solutions, delivering premium value aligned with client’s goals and a positive customer experience;
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with consultative selling and objection handling;
      • Manage your sales activities through the CRM tool (Salesforce) facilitating a timely and accurate reporting of all customer interactions.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a high-performance environment.
      • Proficiency in Italian and fluent in written and spoken English.
      • Highly motivated and willingness to assume accountability for generating new business. Ability to direct the sales process from planning to closing.
      • Growth mindset to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
      • Self-driven and results oriented with a positive mindset and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding personal targets.
      • Strong time management and organizational skills, creating and applying a structured approach to your day-to-day work responsibilities while adapting to quickly to change.
      • Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating with team members to maximize individual and company performance.
      • Collaborative mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
