- Monitors inventory levels in the merchandise warehouse, keeping proper levels of inventory on hand
- In charge of the purchasing of all merchandise inventories.
- Ensures that RoadSafe Branch 3601 is purchasing at the best price and/or within any purchasing agreements with vendors.
- Routinely performs weekly and monthly cycle counts of the warehouse/yard merchandise inventory
- In charge of running actual full physical inventories at scheduled intervals set by management
- Works directly with the contracting manager, project managers (operations) to procure inventory needed for upcoming projects
- Stages materials daily for contracting crew’s projects to minimize crews yard/load time
- In charge of keeping a miscellaneous supply and small tool inventory on hand that support contracting crews
- Occasionally may run materials and supplies out to field crews
- Stocks, tracks, and hands out PPE to crews
- Buys, maintains, and performs minor repairs tools and equipment
- Report safety concerns to supervisor and/or Safety Officer immediately
- Other duties as the need arises

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary objective of this position is to ensure that we are keeping the right amount of inventory on hand necessary to support our operation. Managing the overall ins/outs of inventory products.?This position works in conjunction with the contracting operations manager, project managers, the sales division, and the sign shop manager.
