Essential Functions Statement(s)
Review the MRP system to ensure customer order due dates are in line with required delivery dates.
Verify customer purchase orders against internal work order to ensure that the company can comply with process requirements and all processes have been flowed down correctly.
Provide continuous updates to customers on the status of their orders within the allotted 4-hour time frame.
Communicate with customers on any additional blueprints, drawings, or other items needed for processing.
Coordinate with production on obtaining ECD's for orders.
Prepare orders in ship out or other areas as needed.
Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production – maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process.
Develop, initiate and execute projects help production flow, improve and simplify processes, eliminate waste and increase production volume.
Organize the shop to help production stay lean, functional, and on schedule.
Collaborate with team members on improvement projects to ensure continuous success in meeting required deadlines and production goals.
Schedule required meetings, procure assets required, and communicate with required departments to ensure objectives are met.
Assist maintenance in facility requests while prioritizing ongoing and upcoming projects.
Other duties as assigned.
