      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with various teams to develop and deliver valuable propositions to target audiences
      - Write and submit briefs to initiate program delivery, ensuring clear goals and deliverables
      - Coordinate scheduling and capacity planning with the Experience Management Planning function
      - Assign and activate squad members, monitor squad activity, and ensure desired outcomes are met
      - Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status and resolve any concerns
      - Review and optimize delivery practices and working relationships across squads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent project management and planning skills
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 7+ years of experience in marketing, digital content management, or related field
      - Experience in creating user-centric experiences across multiple channels
      - Familiarity with agile ways of working

      - Experience in delivering services, solutions, and stories
      - Familiarity with the accounting and finance profession
