      Experience Presence Manager

      Job Description Summary

      The Experience Presence Manager for the Presence By Cushman & Wakefield platform, delivers tailored programming that activates a building with amenity services and events. They partner with Presence by Cushman & Wakefield centralized platform to create and deliver engaging opportunities to drive tenant engagement, connections, and wellness. They are responsible for curating memorable experiences for tenants, customers, and visitors to the building, including those on leasing tours. The Experience Presence Manager serves as the onsite hospitality ambassador for the building, interacting with tenants and customers and ensuring a positive experience for all. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, developing tenant newsletter, marketing strategies and marketing content, driving social media, and monitor ongoing effectiveness. Report in through the property manager with a dotted line into the Presence by Cushman & Wakefield centralized platform.

      Job Description

      - Responsible for the tenant communications strategy and execution

      - Responsible for the creation / content and the distribution of the tenant newsletter

      - Responsible for monitoring the social Media Platforms to optimize engagement

      - Responsible for running the tenant engagement technology application and pushing engaging and meaningful content to drive tenant engagement

      - Responsible for leveraging all available tools to drive engagement (e.g. monitors, digital boards, building app, newsletters)

      -Responsible for engaging and collaborating with the centralized Presence by Cushman & Wakefield platform

      - In addition the above duties, this individual will be responsible for all day to day duties of the experience coordinator role which may include but is not limited too, 1) Curate and deliver tailored strategic programming to activate building spaces to drive tenant engagement and wellness, and connect with the local community, 2) Responsible for creation and management of ongoing calendar of events at the property, 4) Oversight and coordination of reservations and bookings of amenities, conferencing, or collaborative space, 5) assist property manager on the tenant engagement budget, schedule, and KPI tracking, 6) be readily available as a point of contact for tenants and visitors to communicate with and problem solve as necessary


      - Performs other related duties as required or requested.
