  Experienced Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in and digital customers to assess their needs and guide them through the sales process.

  • Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence and in-depth product knowledge.

  • Leverage your experience to close deals efficiently and professionally.

  • Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads via phone, text, and email.

  • Negotiate vehicle pricing, financing, and trade-ins with integrity and transparency.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Participate in regular training sessions and dealership sales meetings to stay current with product updates and market trends.

  Qualifications

  
  

  Experienced Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful automotive sales experience (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools like DriveCentric.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

  Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
