Greet clients and assist them and their pets into exam rooms
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to prospective clients
Present and explain services and fees, including processing payments
Recommend and assist with product and service purchases
Educate clients on basic pet care and non-medical topics
Maintain accurate records, charts, reports, and correspondence
Support hospital cleanliness and upkeep both inside and outside
Access to the resources of a large veterinary network
