      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, recommend, reserve, and execute the investigation, valuation, disposition, and settlement of large property claims
      - Ensure claim dispositions are fair, equitable, and timely, while assessing indemnity and expense exposure
      - Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop claim handling expertise
      - Mentor Associate General Adjusters and Property Damage Adjusters
      - Maintain compliance with corporate claim settlement policies and applicable regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a full file Claim Adjuster for complex property losses (General Adjuster)
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing moderately severe property claims (Associate General Adjuster)
      - Strong knowledge of commercial/residential claims and ability to interpret insurance coverage
      - College degree or equivalent experience required
      - Proficiency in cost estimation, preferably using Xactimate, and strong computer skills

      - Experience handling business income losses
      - Consistent high performance and achievement throughout career span
      - Good working knowledge of regional jurisdictional issues
      - Disciplined time management and organizational skills
      - Availability for nationwide catastrophe operations
