What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality multi-line risk evaluations and loss analysis related to various insurance sectors
- Collaborate with internal associates and agency partners to provide effective risk improvement consultations
- Conduct on-site visits and complete comprehensive survey reports for risk assessment
- Provide value-based correspondence summarizing visit activities and recommendations to minimize loss exposure
- Act as a technical resource for Underwriters and policyholders to identify exposures and implement effective controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Minimum of 3 years of related Loss Control and Commercial lines Property/Casualty insurance experience
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving history
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in safety-related sciences, engineering, or related field, or an Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health with equivalent experience
- Relevant designations such as ALCM, OHST, ARM, CFPS, CIH, ASP, and/or CSP
