What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle first-party property claims of moderate severity and complexity
- Conduct field inspections of losses and accurately assess damages
- Investigate and evaluate facts to determine coverage, damages, and liability
- Establish claim and expense reserves
- Negotiate claim settlements and write complex correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year previous outside property claim handling experience
- Valid driver's license
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- General knowledge of estimating system Xactimate
- Two or more years of previous outside property claim handling experience
- Valid passport preferred
