      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle first-party property claims of high severity and complexity
      - Conduct field inspections, including damage assessments and documentation
      - Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
      - Negotiate settlements with various parties within authority limits
      - Provide excellent customer service throughout the claim process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of three years of Personal Insurance or Business Insurance Property claim handling experience required
      - Valid driver's license required
      - Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses
      - Strong judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - General knowledge of estimating system Xactimate preferred
      - Customer service experience preferred
      - Valid passport preferred
      - Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
