Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
About the job and your team
The role is responsible for providing appropriate Software Automation solutions upon Business Areas requirements for all Hydro Business Units.
You will work on
• Create process documentation, flowcharts, and RPA solution designs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, user stories, and test cases.
• Ensure that automation designs are scalable, efficient, and meet business needs.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the development team focuses on tasks that maximize business value and ROI.
• Development Oversight: Work closely with the RPA development team to provide guidance, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee testing processes to ensure RPA solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, manage expectations, and incorporate feedback into the product development process.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of deployed RPA solutions, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.What we offer you

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project manager
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred
• IT / Business Degree or Equivalent
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation, experience in RPA / Machine learning is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the business processes related to the business application(s) concerned
• Experience with architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
• Experience with automation solution softwares (e.g. UiPath, BluePrism, Google ML,
• Azure Bot Service, bigml) advantageous
