Partnering with key account teams to provide a full-service pursuit management model for regional pursuits

Serving as key contributor in pursuit strategy sessions, managing output and driving actions

Taking a proactive role in driving the pursuit process to ensure a coordinated effort

Developing strategic messaging and conceptualization of client-facing pursuit collateral
-
Contributing to the development of opportunity value propositions
-
Responsible for quality control of all client-facing materials during the pursuit

Driving post pursuit analysis and review; making recommendations for process improvement
-
University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
-
Working experience (min. 3 years) in a similar or IT consulting cross-border firm with a multi-cultural environment

Strong project management experience

Excellent communications skills in German and English, French will be considered an asset

Solution-oriented and makes sound decisions quickly, given tight deadlines at times

Demonstrates versatility in a constantly evolving environment with a wide variety of social styles

Ability to work independently and to influence without authority

We are seeking a Pursuit Strategist to join our Deal Activation Team – a solution-focused team player with stellar communication and robust project management skills. Within this role, you will partner with colleagues across Europe to help drive strategic pursuits for our prestigious Financial Services clients.
