- Drive the strategy and execution of transformational change initiatives through comprehensive program management
- Engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate collaboration across tech and business teams
- Coordinates the creation of plans for large projects/programs aligned with organizational goals and product/platform roadmaps, breaking them into executable components
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams, breaking down silos and fostering cooperation
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with large-scale projects, implementing mitigation strategies decided by the leadership team
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in deliverables
- Ensure transparency by communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels
- A degree in computer science, information systems or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a project management role in Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Big Query, Looker studio, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management frameworks and tools. Certifications are a plus
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making
- Good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
