What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tier-2 support for application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required
- Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades/updates, and projects
- Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications
- Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support application design, additions, and changes
- Actively participate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience, with 3 years of Epic-specific experience; 6 years of additional experience can substitute for the degree
- Epic certification in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application areas
- In-depth knowledge of Epic System software and business operations
- Proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and end users
