      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a high volume of inbound business sales calls, conducting discovery conversations with customers
      - Perform customer research to recommend suitable T-Mobile products and services
      - Collaborate with Business Verification, Credit Underwriting, and Fraud teams to verify new business customers
      - Manage lead qualification processes in Salesforce to prevent fraud
      - Provide post-sale customer support for billing, device, or service issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Less than 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound commissioned environment
      - Less than 2 years of experience in business customer service, sales, or retention
      - Demonstrated organizational and task management skills
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
      - Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales enablement tools
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
